Lil info: The Malayan Blue Coral Snake (Calliophis bivirgatus) is a strikingly beautiful but highly venomous snake found in Southeast Asia. It has a shiny blue black body with red head, belly, and tail. It mainly eats other snakes and lives in forest leaf litter. Its venom contains calliotoxin, which causes instant paralysis no antivenom exists. Despite its danger, it’s shy and rarely bites humans.
