We vacationed at my aunt & uncles’ beach house in Galveston when I was a kid. By the time I was an adult, it had been wiped off the map, never to be rebuilt.

Ironically I was talking about Bolivar Peninsula across the ferry. There’s been a lot of growth over there recently. Where are you talking about specifically

I honestly don’t remember where it was located. It was on stilts. It was a long time ago.
